Space for Events in the Cargill Building

Cargill 105
Space is available in the Cargill Building for events such as seminars, lectures, training, workshops and receptions. Space cannot be used for classes or personal events.

All event space can be used free of charge.

Any space that is used must be returned to it's original condition. Tables and chairs must be returned to the same arrangement that they were found in and the room must be cleaned after use.


Call 612-624-6198 for questions about event spaces in the Cargill Building or to reserve a room. Please be prepared to provide the following information when reserving a room:

If specific A/V equipment/services are needed

If you are serving food (except UDS) or alcohol, you must fill out a food and alcohol permit.

Seminar Room 105
Seminar room 105 is generally used for workshops, meetings, seminars and other such events. Seating is for up to 100 people.

Atrium
The Atrium has been used for lunches, dinners, receptions and parties. Seating is for up to 24.

Conference Room 115
Conference room 115 has been used for events such as meetings and interviews. It seats up to 10 people.

Conference Room 215 and 315
Conference rooms 215 and 315 have been used for events such as meetings and interviews. They seat up to 8 people.
