- Computational Genetics
Laboratory - Sponsored by the University of Minnesota Supercomputing Institute.
- The lab is staffed by three Ph.D. consultants specializing in the areas of computational biology, computational genomics, proteomics and protein science.
- Bioinformatics workshops and tutorials are scheduled throughout the academic year to train students, faculty, and staff in use of ~70 bioinformatics software packages licensed to MSI.
