Research interests include measuring and assessing global investments
in and financing options for agricultural research and the changing
institutional structures for funding and conducting R&D worldwide,
developing and applying new methods to evaluate the economic
consequences of research, and the economic aspects of genetic resources
and agricultural biotechnologies.
